Wholesale Trading

In the interest of providing the best quality service and loyalty to our clients, Heart of the Earth offers wholesale to customers who hold a current ABN number and be a valid re-seller of crystal products. To qualify as a wholesale customer, we require that your business fits into one of the following categories and that you can supply us with relevant proof of business operations if required:
Retail shop, Market stall holder, Jewellery maker, Crystal healing practitioner or an Online shop.

Minimum Order

Retail -  $25 inclusive of GST, excluding postage
Wholesale - $200 inclusive of GST

Stock Selection and Availability

Please note that although we do our best to update the stock levels on our website, we cannot guarantee the availability of every item. Upon receiving your order, we will carefully handpick each item, based on the item details you have supplied us, and the best pieces we have in stock. We pride ourselves on choosing only the finest quality crystals when selecting your order.
Please be aware that due to the unique nature of crystals that some stock is limited and not always available and some pieces may only be available on a “one-off” basis.

Payment Terms & Options

All orders are on a proforma basis, paid in full prior to despatch from our warehouse.

We accept the following payment options:
Direct Deposit, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, EFTPOS, Cheque

(Please note a 3% surcharge applies to Amex transactions) subject to change without notice.
We require payment within 5 working days of our customers receiving their invoice to secure the sale and ensure other customers are not missing out on purchasing stock.

Shipping and Despatch

We do our best to process and despatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
We utilise reliable express couriers and to keep your costs down.

Heart of the Earth is committed to providing exceptional customer service and we pride ourselves in quality crystals and gifts. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is correct.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

Security Policy

When purchasing from Heart of the Earth, your financial details are passed through a secure server.   When you purchase  items from us, the system utilizes the secure URL that is included within the site to ensure your credit card number and other personal information entered in on our live site is protected using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology. Return Policy

In the event that you received damaged stock, please contact us immediately to arrange a credit or refund.
Contact after 7 days is not valid. Items will be returned at our cost in the case where it is damaged.

Cash and Carry

10% cash and carry discount available at the warehouse. Sale must be cash (Not cards) and be taken by the customer on the day of purchase.
