Wholesale Store Help

To become a wholesale customer you are required to fill out the application form with a valid ABN, which is then approved by our staff. This is located on the right hand side of the home page. For any enquiries please feel free to contact us.

Minimum Order

Wholesale - $200 inclusive of GST

Placing an Online Order

On the RHS - Log in using your username and password. We have emailed you your new password. Be sure to read the next paragraph for guidance.

Online Store Ordering

When selecting products, please keep in mind that we are not able to guarantee that the item shown in the image is the item you will receive.

These images are examples of the quality and grade of the item only.

 As we hand pick each item individually for you, we cannot confirm exact prices until all stock is chosen. We will contact you immediately once we have a total cost.

Please use the "Special Instructions" box, which appears when you are ordering items, to specify the items you are after. 

For example, if you are ordering Amethyst, let us know if you would like big or little points or if you would prefer it to be very dark or light in colour or a piece around 200g.

When making an order please pay special attention to the unit of sale as these vary on each product. For example, if an item is priced per gram, be sure to enter the quantity in terms of how many grams you require. If you order for example Tumbled Peridot, it is measured in increments of 10g, if you require 40g, put 4 into the quantity.

If you are unsure of how many grams you require, please give a detailed description of how many pieces you would like in the "Special Instructions" box and enter "1" into the Quantity. Directions

Take the Byron Bay exit from the highway, follow the main road towards the town centre. Take the left exit when you see the first BP service station, as you pass the BP take the first left onto Centennial Circuit, then the second right onto Tasman Way. We are at the end of the street on the left hand side, behind Inky Business. Our wholesale warehouse is located only 5min drive to the Byron Bay CBD, beaches and cafes.
